Hi, I'm Alecat, an Australian nerd.

I've always been interested in creative problem solving which serves me well when drawing, crafting or programming. My art takes inspiration from fandom and nature. I have been surrounded by video games my whole life and love playing board games as well.

The things I make follow my eclectic tastes! My favourite projects are small once-off designs that require a bit of problem solving. Once I've solved the problem I'm ready to move onto the next thing!

Custom watercolour brooches - each one is a one-of-a-kind painting!

Overlays for video game streams - while active in the Splatoon community I developed most of the overlays used for streams from the Oceanink Squids Twitch account.

Fandom artwork - I love being able to create clever artworks, but dumb quick drawings to celebrate my favourite fandoms are fun too!

Board Game Stuff - I've made a couple of GIANT versions of board games. I also like making custom box inserts that enable me to fit a game and all of its expansions into one box.

Supporting me lets me know that there's people out there interested in seeing my projects and motivates me to continue putting time into my creative pursuits.

My website and Patreon page are named after the Australian wood duck, the Chenonetta Jubata. These elegant ducks bring me a lot of joy. There's nothing quite like the first time you spot a duck sitting in a tree!
