Thanks to everyone for their support; we were able to upgrade the mics!  Our next endeavor is looking at possibly doing some live-recording with a simulcast via discord, but our current "box" that connects the computer to the soundboard will need to be replaced, and new ones run a couple of hundred dollars, so we're going to keep focusing on that unless the mixing board decides to die on us.
