Django Girls organization grew unexpectedly fast during the last three years and we couldn’t sustain that growth without some help. In 2015, we introduced the paid position of Awesomeness Ambassador to help provide support to other volunteers. In 2017, we also introduced the temporary position of Fundraising Coordinator to help us raise funds to run our activities. We need $1500 a month to afford paying these people.
