The basics Geof needs to live on … which is obviously just tea.

I live on tea, so $1 a month (including VAT you get charged $1.20, which is £0.95ish as of December 2018) helps me drink more than my own body weight in tea, which is clearly the correct amount. At this tier you'll get early access to new work, as well as Patreon only content, and a thanks in any publication I make.

Conan, what is best in life? Tea and pens and scrap printer paper! That’s it isn’t it? At $10 a month you’d be making a significant contribution to Geof-being-alive, allowing me to free up more time to work on some of the many projects I’ve been itching to do for the past few years.

At the $10 tier  (including VAT you get charged $12.00, which is about £9.50 as of December 2018)  you'll receive a special gift in the post every month: a Patreon-exclusive postcard artwork (or equivalent joyous postcard-sized Doctor Geof art thing)(there can also be other extra things in the mailout too as I'm happily experimenting with the format :) )  ! You'll also receive all the benefits of the $1 tier, such as early access to new work & Patreon-only content as well as a thank you in any publication I make.

About Doctor Geof

Welcome to Doctor Geof! For all your humorous science, smut, steampunk and tea-related needs!

Making art makes me happy. Making art that makes other people happy is a joy and a privilege.

For almost 15 years, I’ve been producing mad, ridiculous art, trading at shows, exhibiting at museums, and writing and publishing comics. My flagship comic was Fetishman; a joy-filled tale of a superhero in a restrictive rubber suit, who’s rubbish at fighting crime (he just falls over a lot). Since then I’ve created comics about particle physics, bees, cats and their tanks (a colouring book), created embroidered patches, art, pewter pins, portraits, a fake tea-related museum, instigated a thing called tea duelling, and even won awards for my Steampunk Literary Review, the misleadingly-titled collection of my steampunk comics and art.

Up until recently, I’ve focused a lot of my time on attending events like comic-cons, the Asylum Steampunk Festival and Whitby Goth Weekend to name just a small selection. However, the process of doing lots of trade shows to flog my wares, so to speak, takes up time and that eats into the art making which has led to me completing less new art.

Patreon is hopefully a way for me to make more art, more often, whilst giving something back to the loyal (honestly, you guys…) fanbase I’ve built up over the last decade. A way for me to do even more of the art you love whilst having a closer dialogue with the people who support my crazy ideas. A place I can share with you even more of the things that are in my brain and help bring them to life.

Thanks my lovelies!

$350 - reached! per month
I'd really love to get back to regular comics-ing, so if we reach $350 I'll commit to creating a fortnightly fetishman/other strip, with early access for patrons. From now til the end of time or something.
