About En Masse

Who is part of the working class? What are their struggles and hopes? How do we experience class? The fact is that we all live in a class society. Even though this fact fundamentally shapes our lives, we are rarely invited to think about it.

My name is Liz Medina. I am an interdisciplinary artist, labor activist, and political educator who brings together oral histories and social theory; I strive to reveal the lived and imagined systems that construct our lives. En Masse presents stories of struggle and hope from the working class. With your support, I will maintain this cultural space for working people to reflect on our lives, recognizing ourselves as agents of change and makers of history.
