Support buslife, hammocktime, creative social change and my writing by becoming my Patreon.

I'm delighted to announce that I have now become an official member of Scott Santen's "BIG Patreon Creator Pledge".
"Taking a page from the Creative Commons concept of Share Alike, any and every patron dollar pledged above US $1,111 per month I will consider to be greater than a basic income and will pledge away to other creators here on Patreon. My contributions will be made to those who are also creating content in support of their own basic incomes and who commit to make the same pledge (to limit their own final goals to US $1,111/mo -plus $333/mo per kid for creator parents- and pledging to give the rest to others making the same commitment). Scott's goal here is to create a community of content creators all working toward their own basic incomes with the same shared goal of achieving basic incomes for others".
Cool, huh?!

About fee plumley

About Fee:

In 2011 Fee gave up her increasingly respectable career as a creative digital consultant in order to take up a new life as a bus-loving nomadic geek arts activist.

In a reaction against the shift in global politics, she set out to discover how someone could disconnect as much as possible from a broken socio political system while maintaining meaningful connection to the people and places which enable her own vision of home and self.

Her buslife, rants and projects celebrate otherness and humanness in a society dominated by homogeneity and capitalism.

Current projects:
hammocktime (disconnect from technology & reconnect to yourself & your environment); Aboriginal Rights through creative digital culture; Sunday Afternoon Activists Club (creative activism chats & actions); and reallybigroadtrip and all our #RandomConversationsWithStrangers.

What your Patreonage supports:

1. Keeping homeJames (my bus) on the road
- bus maintenance/repairs; fuel, oil and coolant for journeys; solar system maintenance and upgrades; materials and resources for projects enabling me to continue supporting my Nomads in Residence and #RandomConversationsWithStrangers.

2. Enabling hammocktime to become a touring nodes project - launched at WOMADelaide15 and having had its first run at Adelaide Fringe, hammocktime brings 'activation through inaction' to festivals around the country/world.

3. Supporting Social Change
 - allowing me to continue documenting actions and events; using homeJames to support communities; delivering the Aboriginal Rights Social Change project; gathering and sharing knowledge to help other activists and supporters through Sunday Afternoon Activists Club.

4. Providing the time and space to write and share - I'm beginning to find my voice as a writer beyond just my own blog posts. I've known and worked closely with the industry for many years as a Creative Producer, but this is a new and exciting direction which will take time to evolve.
