Both are discord channels that are only for supporters and a few hand picked community members, but the first one is private and the second one is public. That means when you chat in the Merchant's Tavern, all the non supporters can see it, but can't respond; whereas in the Merchant's Guild only other supporters can read your messages.
Critical Feedback
Critical Feedback is a weekly 1 hour show where DMs and Players alike can come and ask for help with their campaigns. The show is live and typically one must ask their question via the chat, live. With this role, you can leave questions for Critical Feedback here on Patreon and we'll answer them on stream. You can watch live or catch the VOD to get your answers. This is perfect for someone who wants to participate in Critical Feedback, but can't make the live show reliably.

The Producer's Corner is a secret discord channel where the nuts and bolts of how things work are revealed. Notes and plans from meetings. New potential merch. News about the nature of the business. This information is more tightly controlled and you are asked not to repeat it outside of the Producer's Corner. We can only do things like this for as long as everyone plays by the rules.
