Slither is sensual movement practice space. This tier is inspired by past workshops such as POISON2VENOM and FLOORGASM!

Once a month we will be exploring techniques in:

*connecting to a slithery creature space
*relating to the floor, methods in floorwork that are supportive and safe
*luscious floorplay!
*spinal movement
*body-based awareness and so much more!


Moonyeka will be guiding a 1.5 hours floor work class to explore, unravel, and practice harnessing our erotic energy. Expect to be guided through grounding exercises, self-touch, and juicy body rolls as inspired by slithery creatures! The class is structured with movement experiments, scores, prompts and combinations that will scaffold into some luscious floor play. 

kalatutsi, also known as plumeria, is one of my favorite plant spirits. this flower is the most aromatic when the moon is out, which makes it a favorite for night creature shape shifting. kalatutsi helps us with filling our cup before sharing its magic with anyone, or anything else.

in this tier you get access to an aswang sanctuary medixin, alchemized by yours truly. this medixin could be: a bath blend, pelvic steam, ritual oil or something else. as apart of receiving medixin I will be sharing information via zine, post, or art making about the plant spirits involved and on occasion I will be offering in real time ritual or guidance on how to interact + integrate with the medixin. :)

Aswang Movement Incantations is often experienced in a cohort style! Aswang Movement Incantation minis is my offering to do bite size  explorations into the world of Aswang* spirits and their allies through the lens of movement research, journaling prompts, storytelling, playlists, and so much more.

There will be a container made to meet 1x a month in the zoom realm. Video will be recorded.

**Aswang is an umbrella term for various shape-shifting, mythological, animist, folkloric, "evil" spirits and creatures in Filipino folklore.
