My Marvelous Year is a weekly podcast using a book club format, going year-by-year through Marvel Comics' history. Starting in 1961 with Fantastic Four #1, Zack and Dave use critical analysis, historical and cultural context, narrative breakdowns, and goofs to discuss the most important and fun issues of Marvel Comics. We aim for this to be entertaining and informative to the complete Marvel newcomer as well as the veteran. This is reflected in the hosts, as Zack is something of a beginner to comics, and Dave is the expert (acting as Editor-in-Chief to comicbookherald.com).
