Update: The answer to the trivia question was answered! The term Lodubyal, or the plural Lodubyaln refer to the Orion green slave women bought and sold through the Orion Syndicate. While the first appeared in the Original Series - the term was used only in the two RPG books, Orions: Book of Deep Knowledge, and Book of Common Knowledge now pictured in this post.
