This is Cam. Ewan and I have been good friends for a very long time, and have worked on some projects in the past that were successful, but most were unsuccessful. Our day jobs kept getting in the way. Ewan, in particular, bills per hour for his time. It's really incredible that we can have an actual, experienced labour lawyer on the podcast to answer questions, provide guidance, and share his opinions at no cost whatsoever to listeners.
